AN ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITIONAL LITIGATION

Collaborative law offers an alternative to Court. Divorce can be a difficult process under the best circumstances. Laurie W. Hall is an experienced trained collaborative practice attorney. Collaborative law allows the parties to reach a successful resolution of their divorce without litigation. Using the Collaborative practice process, the team will work together over several meetings to resolve the issues in your case, without ever stepping foot in court.

To participate in the collaborative process, both parties will have an attorney who is collaboratively trained. The parties and their attorneys pledge to each other that all issues will be resolved respectfully and without going to court. When necessary, your collaborative team may include additional professionals, such as a financial professional and/or a counselor who will work with the parties and attorneys toward a settlement agreement.
